Next to the Kavalier Boutique Hotel, on the border of Znesinnia and Kaiserwald, a new residential space is being created. This is an area with a long history: a former garrison, the residence of Franz Joseph, the Austrian emperor, a park for walks and terraces – a place shrouded in Lviv legends.

It was decided to build a residential complex right next to the hotel, where the uniqueness of the location allows residents to use the hotel’s infrastructure. This is expensive real estate in a special place, so our task was to highlight this correctly.

Creating сomplex attributes
We managed to talk to wealthy people, some of whom are on the Forbes list and have already achieved a lot. They are looking for meaning, peace, a connection to the place, and the opportunity to live in harmony with themselves. Therefore, we deliberately moved away from the “luxury” category and chose a different focus — maturity.
This is how the name NAGORI came about. Ukrainian in origin, simple and multi-layered. It is about location, but also about state of mind. It is about an inner point from which a broader view of the city and oneself opens up.

The key symbol of the brand is the nightingale, a natural inhabitant of this territory. At the same time, a deeply symbolic image. It is not just a decorative bird, but the voice of the place, a sign of silence, love stories, and attentiveness to the moment.

Design of illustrative engravings
Visually, the brand speaks the language of engraving and small parts of the natural landscape. We chose this style as a touch of antiquity, time, and slow contemplation. Through engraved images, we combined the history of the territory, nature, and everyday human life.

Each engraving reveals a separate step of the project’s social responsibility, laid down at the very beginning.

The first is dedicated to giant beech trees — a symbol of the power of nature. It is these trees that the company will plant as part of its initiative to restore beech plantations.

The second engraving explores the concept of the lake’s cultural transformation as a symbol of depth, silence, and the landscape’s hidden energy.
The third engraving focuses on “terrenkury” (from the German Terrainkur—“treatment through the terrain”). The energy-boosting walking paths in Znesinnia Park that promote health and recovery. In Lviv, the letter “T” on building facades can be seen as a marker for such a route and an invitation to take a mindful walk that is beneficial for both body and mind.

To sum up, NAGORI is a home for those who have already found their place in life and now want to live mindfully. It’s about feeling the ground beneath your feet, about the energy of a place. And about a mature person who knows that true value lies in the balance between the city, nature, and oneself.
