These Terms govern your use of bambukstudio.com (the “Website”), operated by PE “Design studio Bambuk”, EDRPOU code 34368732, 5/27 Schurata Street, Lviv, 79059, Ukraine (“Bambuk”, “we”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. About the Website

The Website presents Bambuk’s services, portfolio and contact details. It is for information only. Any design or development work is provided under a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms.

2. Intellectual property

All Website content — texts, designs, graphics, logos, the Bambuk name, code and case studies — belongs to Bambuk or is used with permission of our clients and partners. You may view and share links to the content for personal or informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it commercially without our written consent.

Client names, logos and project materials in our portfolio remain the property of their owners and are shown with their permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break or try to break the Website’s security, or interfere with its operation;
• send spam, malware or unlawful content through our forms;
• collect data from the Website by automated means without our permission;
• pretend to be another person or organisation.

4. Information you send us

When you submit a brief or inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We treat project details you send as confidential and use them only to respond to you. See our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranties

We keep the Website accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is”. Prices, timelines and descriptions on the Website are not a binding offer; a proposal becomes binding only when we both sign it.

To the extent permitted by law, Bambuk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website, or for interruptions, errors or viruses beyond our reasonable control.

The Website may link to other sites, including live client projects. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
