Development of positioning and identity for residential complexes

Nova Oselya is a developer of residential complexes with many years of experience, and many years of working with our studio.
Challenge
Nova Oselya has a huge experience in residential development. But in order to increase sales, it needs to reveal the benefits of real estate to buyers. Our goal was to create a “live” positioning for various residential complexes created by the developer.
Solution for positioning and identity
The positioning for WABI was created simple and truthful. It had everything in terms of architecture, planning, location and execution. The project was successful because it had not yet been launched and the apartments had already been sold.

“Cinematic” is located on the site of a former cinema. It creates its unique character and ideological orientation related to “live like in a movie”. Even though there is no developed infrastructure in the area, the complex’s infrastructure compensates for this. It provides comfort and convenience.

An interesting project our team worked on was “Safetown”. Despite the panic during pandemic and initial distrust of apartment buildings, the client managed to sell the entire first phase of apartments.

For the S78 residential complex, we did not use any made-up words – just the name of the cool district in Lviv – called Sakharova street, which already has an excellent reputation and does not require any additional explanation. We made the branding of the complex restrained and authentic, reflecting the high status and quality of life.

For the complex Maloholoskivski Pahorby, the studio created a Ukrainian name for the complex, departing from the common practices of using the names of foreign countries and cities in 2018.

For “Lypovi Rosy” we created a mascot dog to advertise the housing. It symbolizes a measured family life in the countryside. You know, as our parents always told us: “When you grow up, you will buy a house on the outskirts and then get a dog.”

As a result, we developed a website for the company and branding for residential complexes of different price segments. All of which have in common authenticity, integrity, comfort, and a sense of “home”.
The studio, together with Nova Oselya, was able to create unique positioning and identity for several residential complexes, delving into their own philosophy and celebrating their identity. This helped to attract new customers and strengthen the company’s position in the residential real estate market in the region.
