Website for the 46th Airmobile Brigade attracted 1200 applications in the first month

Not everyone is aware of the victories of the 46th separate airborne brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which in early July 2022 bravely fought against the occupiers in the Kherson sector and took an active part in the liberation of the Right Bank of Kherson region. Subsequently, she defended the country in the Bakhmut sector and fought offensive battles in the Zaporizhzhia region, liberating several settlements.

Task
It was one of our colleagues, who is currently serving in the brigade, who asked us to represent the brigade visually. The unit was determined to make itself known by creating the website and actively recruiting.

The main goal was to attract the attention of motivated citizens who are ready to fight for their country. Another goal was to encourage the public to donate to the brigade’s charity fund.
To attract maximum attention, the website for the 46th Airmobile Brigade is filled with real photos of the brigade’s soldiers. This helped to convey the atmosphere on the front line.
One of the goals of the site was to enable recruits to see vacancies and join the team. For this purpose, we developed a recruitment section with current offers and quick contacts for communication.

The official charitable foundation, which accepts donations to the brigade’s account, provides access to assistance simply and conveniently through QR codes, where you can donate to purchase munitions, logistics, etc. in a few clicks.

We enhanced the original shield logo with a 3D volume and a maroon hue in the classic color of airborne assault troops, making it accentuated and bright.
We made the website easy to navigate, clearly informative, and convenient for recruits to apply.
Positive results within a short time after the site’s launch:
- Increased requests for the brigade’s vacancies.
- Increased in the volume of donations.
- Increased public attention and support.
In a few weeks, we created and launched the first version of the website. It celebrated the brigade’s second anniversary on April 5.

Results
In the first month alone, the team’s recruiters processed about 1200 applications through the website. In total, we counted about 2000 applications that were submitted directly to recruiters. Most applicants submitted their applications through the newly created website.

Conclusion
The 46th Airmobile Brigade, like many others, needs a high-quality online resource that will provide primary information about the brigade. It will also cover its history, achievements and victories, tell about key vacancies and provide an opportunity to financially support the military.

The creation of the website for the 46th Airmobile Brigade of the Air Assault Forces has become an additional advantage in its continuous search for talented soldiers and has strengthened support from the public. The site will continue to develop, and similar projects will appear more and more often.


In times of war, we have to be strong and help each other, because war is not about territories and resources but first and foremost about people. Also each military unit must ensure not only military strength but also the support of society. And society, in turn, must realize the value of the feats of everyone who stands in defense of freedom and peace.
